What we collect
Just enough to run the product, and nothing more:
- Email address — to send your license key, renewal receipts, and update notices.
- Site URL — to count which sites your license is active on (the per-site quota needs to know what's a site).
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
What we don't collect
The list of things we deliberately don't touch:
- We don't read your Formidable entries. The plugin runs locally on your site; your entry data stays on your server.
- We don't analytics-track inside the WordPress admin.
- We don't share, sell, or rent anything to anyone.
- We don't fingerprint visitors. There's no third-party tracking script on this marketing site.
License server
The plugin pings our license server once a day to confirm your license is still active. Each ping carries your license key, your site URL, and the plugin version — and absolutely nothing else. No entry data. No user data. No browsing history.
Update server
When WordPress checks for plugin updates, the plugin asks our update server "is there a newer version of DataTables for Formidable?" Same payload as the license ping — license key, current version, site URL. Same boundaries.
Data retention
Purchase records (your email, plan, license key, renewal date) are retained for as long as your license is active, and for 7 years after cancellation for accounting purposes. After that, they're deleted.
If you want us to delete your records sooner, send a request through our support form — we'll comply within 14 days, with a heads-up that this also revokes any active licenses tied to that email.
