License
DataTables for Formidable Forms is licensed under GPL v2 or later (required by WordPress). Your purchase grants:
- Activation on the number of sites listed on your plan (1, 5, 25, or unlimited).
- One year of automatic updates from the date of purchase.
- One year of email support from the date of purchase.
- The right to modify the plugin for use on your own sites — that's GPL.
Subscription
Subscriptions auto-renew yearly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal linked in your purchase email — your access continues to the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing.
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry over the course of a week. After that, the license deactivates until you re-subscribe.
Free trial
Every checkout is a 3-day free trial. We collect your card through Stripe up front, but no charge happens for three days. Cancel before the trial ends and you owe nothing.
You can use the full plugin during the trial. The license issues at the moment you start the trial — no waiting.

Acceptable use
You can use DataTables on any legitimate WordPress site. We don't restrict use cases, industries, or content types.
What you can't do: redistribute the plugin for profit, share your license key with non-licensees, or use the license server in a way that doesn't match what the plugin does (e.g. automated bulk license-key generation).
Liability
Software is provided "as is." We make every effort to ship reliable, secure code — but we don't accept liability for issues arising from:
- Misuse or modification of the plugin
- Conflicts with other plugins or themes
- Downtime of services outside our control (your host, Stripe, WordPress core, third-party DataTables.net code)
- Data loss caused by your own backup practices
If something is genuinely broken in the plugin, email us — we ship fixes fast.
Brand and affiliation
DataTables for Formidable Forms is a product of Jones Web Designs & Development. Not affiliated with Strategy11 (makers of Formidable Forms) or SpryMedia (makers of DataTables.net). We integrate with both — we don't represent either.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we'll email everyone with an active subscription before the change takes effect. Minor edits (typos, clarifications) we just update inline.
